Contracts, cost and commercial management for water and infrastructure projects.

Contracts management, quantity surveying and claims support for water and infrastructure projects

CEACM Consultants Limited helps project teams keep technical delivery aligned with contractual entitlement. We work with contractors, employers, engineers, developers and project financiers on notices, measurement, valuation, variations, claims and commercial reporting.

Bridging delivery and entitlement

One set of records for the site, the engineer and the commercial team.

On most infrastructure projects the site team, the engineer and the commercial team work from different records. CEACM brings them together. Our work is built on timely notices, reliable measurement, disciplined records, clear valuation, claim substantiation, commercial strategy and structured communication with stakeholders.

What CEACM helps protect

Entitlement, cashflow, programme and records.

Entitlement

Timely notices, correct clause references, clear reservation of rights and complete supporting records.

Cashflow

Payment applications, certification follow-up, valuation support and delayed payment tracking.

Programme position

Linkage between instructions, procurement events, site constraints, programme effects and time-related costs.

Audit trail

Organised documentation that can be reviewed by employers, engineers, funders, auditors and dispute forums.

Water and infrastructure focus

Where technical and commercial questions meet.

Our strongest sector thread is water and sanitation: supply rehabilitation, transmission mains, borehole connections, pumping systems, tanks, bulk metering, sewerage infrastructure and dam rehabilitation. These projects involve existing assets, incomplete records and live operations, which is where technical and commercial questions meet.
